Offering : Ask experts you are in touch with to contact us. You will be able to reach them from anywhere using video, audio and text. Using the framework is free for you, you only pay your expert as you are used to.
CONTACT MANAGEMENT
Customer management: An Agent can create its own customers standing for customers he/she is in touch with. Give the site URL in order to allow these customers to manage their resources needs : live video interpreting, on line trainings, video conferences . The framework is an innovative tool provided to experts in order to allow them to extend their activity. Any communications channels video / audio / chat are managed by the framework.
Freelance structures: If many competencies are available in an association or small business, the framework allows to share these resources offered to customers.
Booking: Customers are able to create new booking requests only seen by agents who manage their account. Customers and agents have a real time view of bookings posted or accepted.
On demand: A customer is able to post a contact request (video, audio/phone, chat) that will be delivered to any available agents (ready to process incoming calls). They can also reach the video or audio conference bridge if they are invited to do so.
Billing: Contracts and rates of services are directly discussed between customers and providers (agents), the framework is only a tool designed to facilitate contacts management. SR20 Service does not interfere in the service provided on its framework. We will just refuse service providers that do not respect our ethics.
